Cancellation Policy

To help offer the best services, I require clients to provide 24 hours notification for any cancelations or changes of appointment time. Appointments cancelled or changed with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full rate unless pre-arrangements have been made. Funding agencies do not cover the cost of missed sessions, so please let me know in advance if you can not attend your session so that you do not accrue unnecessary costs. If you need to cancel or change your session time, please contact me by telephone, text, or e-mail.
